With a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, an agricultural certification (BASIS), and a passion for functional fitness, Melissa brings a unique perspective to coaching. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 certified coach, she knows how to create workouts that are both effective and engaging, whether you're training one-on-one, in small groups, or in high-energy classes.
